WHAT IS WONDER WOMEN?

 

Creators Felicia Williams and Farah Bala, conceived the idea for a community of women executives of color in the Fall of 2022, while engaging in the FARSIGHT FRIDAY podcast conversation on The Future of Women's Leadership.

 

We have consistently heard and personally experienced the need for women leaders of color to have a safe space to come together. And that is what we created.

 

In 2023-24 we completed a successful pilot with a cohort of personally identified inspiring, fierce women leaders. Coming off the heels of our highly-rated inaugural launch, we plan to continue the initiative annually.

 

WHO IS WONDER WOMEN FOR?

This invitation only community is for c-suite, c-suite adjacent and c-suite aspiring women executives of color who seek to:

• meet other fierce leaders outside their current network

• collaborate, share, and discuss today’s most timely and relevant topics - addressing both professional and personal needs

• engage with a growth mindset to learn from, challenge and be challenged within community
